A strategic compositional addition to a single storey dwelling. An upper level fuselage spans the existing ground level blocks, cantilevering to project views from the elevated vantage. The existing rooftops are transformed into upper level decks off the new living and bedroom spaces. Prefabricated construction reduces cost and minimises alteration of the existing building.
