Kelly Lodge

Perched on the slope above a High Country lake, Kelly Lodge integrates with the natural terrain to form an homogeneous composition with the site. The sculptural form, materials and fenestration echo the local granite geology. The terraced landscape creates an arrival platform with parking at street level. The mass is carved to provide a sheltered entry. A sky lit atrium staircase penetrates all floors. The upper level lounge projects views over the lake to the snow capped mountain range.
